We are a team of engineering students preparing to represent the University of Texas at Dallas in the Formula SAE Collegiate Design Series.
Our goals for the upcoming years are focused on improvement and innovation. We plan on bringing in new technology to the FSAE experience and coming up with new ideas that nobody else is working on. In addition to building a racecar, we also build the future of FSAE.
We recognize the need for students to take the concepts they learn in the classroom and apply them in real-world situations. Our student team members gain critical experience with practical engineering application and solving real-world challenges.
In addition to designing, building, testing, and racing the car, our members are responsible for all aspects of managing the race team, including project management, sponsorship acquisition, finance, marketing, logistics, and more.
Our organization provides students with the skills and experience necessary to set themselves apart from their peers when interacting with recruiters. Dallas Formula Racing members have earned internships and full-time positions with BMW, Honda, Panasonic, Toyota, Wazer, and more.
